PARTS AND CONTAINERS CLEANING WASHERS FOR HIGH-POTENT DRUGS PRODUCTIONS

This is the flawless cleaning solution for surfaces in contact with high potent drugs, like oncological products. The UCW Ð Onco line is designed to guarantee the perfect cleaning of parts and large containers for pharmaceutical preparation, like Bins (IBCs) for solids and liquids. It is provided with an automatic system to assure the opening of the bin valves while the washer doors are completed closed and sealed. The bin internal action is achieved by a completely automatic telescopic spray ball system, called by the users Òdry systemÓ.

Furthermore, gloves and waste ports are installed on the Washer door to allow the operators to remove the bags of wrapped parts avoiding any direct contact with drug residues. Washing and drying process contact surfaces are completely made in AISI 316L stainless steel. The mechanical cleaning action occurs thank to highly pressurized water up to 60 bars (870 psi) and chemical cleaning detergents.
