Standard and custom programmes for all needs. The machine process is developed by our Automation department in compliance with current codes/standards and the type of product being processed. Initial inertisation with nitrogen, the product cleaning phase (pre-wash, wash and rinse) with acetone and finally, the drying phase with filtered compressed air whilst keeping the oxygen concentration and acetone pressure and temperature under constant control. Purified Water (PW) can be alternated with acetone during the rinsing phase.
