The NEBULA autoclaves are designed to sterilize heat- and moisture-resistant materials, such as metal parts, plastic or rubber components, liquids in ventilated or sealed containers, and fabrics.

Standard and custom programmes for all needs. The machine process is developed by our Automation department in compliance with current codes/standards and the type of product being processed. Vacuum breaker tests, Bowie & Dick tests, Helix tests, air filter in situ sterilization and integrity tests; solid and porous material programme; programme for liquids in ventilated containers; programme for liquids in sealed containers; highly-sensitive material (filters) programme; rubber cap programme; decontamination cycle in compliance with BSL3 and BSL4 etc. The steam is injected into the chamber via a PID-controlled modulating valve and the condensate is continuously evacuated through the drain to ensure excellent heat distribution during the entire sterilization phase (temperature deviation less than ± 0.4°C).

  • Double-wall square or rectangular cross-section chamber, made entirely of 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
  • Full dimpled jacket made of 304 or 316L/316Ti stainless steel.
  • Piping made entirely of 316L or 304 stainless steel.
  • Surfaces in contact with product and processing fluids are mechanically satin-finished to a roughness level lower than 1 micron.
  • Manual folding chamber doors or vertical/horizontal automatic sliding doors.
  • Pneumatically pressurised chamber door sealing gasket (with processing air).
  • Components and tools made of 316L/316Ti stainless steel and elastomers in compliance with FDA 21 CFR, Part 177.
  • The chamber pipes, components and instruments are suitably insulated with high-tech material.
  • Area separation by means of a 304 or 316L/316Ti stainless steel “bio-seal” frame.
  • ‘Bio-seal’ flange for VHP isolator connection.
  • Manual or fully automated ergonomic product loading and unloading solutions.
  • Floor-level or elevated loading solutions.
