Predefined and custom programmes for all needs. The machine process is developed by our Automation department in compliance with current regulations/standards and the type of product being dried. The TD model dryers are designed to resist maximum drying temperatures of 150°C. The system also ensures excellent heat distribution (temperature deviation less than ± 2°C) throughout the cycle (heating, drying and cooling phases). LAST Technology verifies and guarantees these performances during the machine’s FAT, by mapping both the chamber and product temperature (especially during the drying phase as this is the most critical, due to the expansion and retraction of the filter containers).

The TD dryers are designed to dry solid materials, powders and granulates. The drying process is performed using hot air, maintained at a temperature between 25°C and 150°C for a controlled period of time.

- Quadrangular or rectangular cross-section chamber and hatches (doors).
- The chamber is composed of one fully welded vessel with rounded corners to ensure excellent hygiene and facilitate the cleaning of inner surfaces.
- Heat-resistant mechanical construction (over 350 °C).
- Uniform air distribution inside the chamber using adjustable deflectors.
- The inlet and expulsion air handling units (heating, cooling and filtration) are located at the top of the drying chamber.
- The integrated chamber washing system (CIP) and the ATEX compliant version of the equipment are offered as optionals.
- The chamber is placed on a base that has been designed specifically to evenly distribute the weight on the floor.
- The loading cart-insertion and removal guides are placed on the bottom of the chamber; they are also height-adjustable.
- Two 1.5” tri-clamp ferrules are welded to the chamber for validation purposes (air humidity measurements and temperature uniformity mapping).
- All of the chamber’s internal surfaces are mechanically polished. Surface finish ≤ 0.35 micron.
