LAST Technology designs steam generation processes using heat exchange between water and the heating element. There are two types of heating systems: electric or indirect industrial steam or combined. In the electric system, the heating elements are immersed directly in the water (also known as a “direct” system). In the indirect system, on the other hand, industrial steam is fed into a tube bundle that is also immersed in water. The combined system allows both of the above technologies to be used.
