The machine process is developed by our Automation department in compliance with current codes\/standards and the type of product being processed. Initial inertisation with nitrogen, the product cleaning phase (pre-wash, wash and rinse) with acetone and finally, the drying phase with filtered compressed air whilst keeping the oxygen concentration and acetone pressure and temperature under constant control.
